30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it. Note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return; read below for our complete policy. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days; please inspect all products upon receipt.

Customer refund credits are typically processed within five to seven business days. Refund credits can be issued only to the card used during the original purchase according to U.S. law. In the event a credit cannot be issued to the original card used for purchase due to lost card, etc., an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and before a company refund check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Returning an Online Purchase to a PS Supplies

You may return an online purchase to any PS supplies store within 30 days of receiving it, but you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling 551-232-3333. All merchandise must be in the original packaging.

When you contact us, please indicate your online order number and the store location you will be using to make your return. Please note that replacement items may not be available at the store location and may have to be ordered at the store to fulfill your request.

For your store visit, please bring with you the following items:

  • The RMA authorization for store return sent to you via email.
  • The credit card used for the original purchase.
  • The item to return in its original packaging.

Delivery Policy

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We also know that you want to save money, so you’ll find free standard shipping on many of our top quality LED lighting products.

Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary based on your location. After payment is approved and the shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number you can use to monitor your order until it arrives at your door. We process orders 7 days a week. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time an item is shipped to the time information is available for viewing on the carrier’s website. For orders shipping from our facility on a Sunday, note that they will not be posted to our carrier tracking system until the next day.

Deliveries in the US only, depending on the shipping location. Our free shipping offer applies only to certain items, and only on shipments made to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship on major holidays, including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

We also offer a store pick-up option for online orders. You’ll see this option available on either the product page or the cart checkout page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the class, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a gift certificate to attend a future class. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
